Beware!!! If you find something suspicious ALWAYS ask for an **itemized bill.** I finally found what I thought was the perfect clinic. The place was clean and the staff was overall accommodating (hence the two stars). That changed last summer, I had a deep cleaning done and was told I was covered by my insurance. I was told that I need to do a follow up visit for the procedure. a new rep greeted me and aggressively told me that I owe $100.00 I was surprised as I never received a bill (I had the procedure done in December). This is the worst place for Invisalign!
Pelham Bay Dental is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.
