Update to address how the venue could be better. First tell your employees to unlock the door the reception was supposed to start at 3. I roll up at 3:20 and the venue was locked. I had to call someone to let guests in. The paint is chipping on the columns. Bathroom is cold and the lighting sucked. Silverware was mismatched throughout the different tables which I felt like it was purchased at a thrift shop. And yes it was your location. Had my wedding here a few weeks ago. If you can find another venue, please do. So many things went wrong during my wedding. First of all, my guest came into the reception with no lights on! No one knew how to turn the lights on ! It was as if it was closed no staff knew what was happening. The main people I talked to Jose/ Fernando were not there! I came to this event venue as a guest. I felt like the venue was a little bit outdated. And the food we received for the event was cold. The acoustics were okay and I appreciated the stage and the amount of space that there was but it felt like there's not a lot of care put into the upkeep of this venue.
