I had a very frustrating experience with this company. They prepared my taxes and assured me that auto-pay was set up to withdraw the amount from my bank account. It was not! However , I had no idea why IRS wouldn’t take the amount. I went back twice to follow up, and both times they told me it would be taken care of. I don’t need to do anything but wait for mails.
