I had a very frustrating experience with this company. They prepared my taxes and assured me that auto-pay was set up to withdraw the amount from my bank account. It was not! However , I had no idea why IRS wouldn’t take the amount. I went back twice to follow up, and both times they told me it would be taken care of. I don’t need to do anything but wait for mails. I’ve been filling my taxes with Jesus since 2020. He’s very nice, professional, knowledgeable and above all honest. The customer service is great and efficient, they always get back to you in less than 5 minutes after you leave a voicemail unless they are closed.
