Ordered a gun 2/16/20 was told it would take 10-14 days (ok that’s fine) went in at the end of the 14 days no gun it was back ordered they tell me it will be another 10 days and it will be here.....10 days later I return no gun once again.... owners son says he just got off the phone with them and (Springfield isn’t producing the gun yet) hmmmm weird that I’ve seen people with them already....tell me another 7-10 days.....fast forward to today it arrives....pay for it....get home....it’s the wrong gun!!! 10 days short of 2 m... read more
Called 4 times over 2 days and sent 3 Facebook messages; all of them were read and ignored. I only wanted to know if they were open, what military discounts were offered, and what their inventory of Sig 9's was before I made the drive up. Didn't seem like an unreasonable ask. Will never patron this store, will be taking my business elsewhere.
