Absolutely awful customer service. It took them a week to come to my house and measure the shower opening, and took them another week to write up my final quote. Once I received the final quote, they informed me that my original quote was someone else's. The final real quote was $800 more than my original incorrect quote. Definitely don't go through them if you need something done quickly. Their prices are NOT competitive. Horrible customer service and I'm happy to take my business elsewhere!
Nice product, poor customer service. Un returned phone calls, work took 6x the estimated time, scheduled delivery time not given to driver so he arrived late.
