So... after my original review of 2 stars, I have decided to update and give only 1 star. The lack of customer service response from the head office and general care of their clientele in respecting their own warranty leads me to believe they are not truthful to their word. Pictures depicting some of the issues. There is definitely room for improvement. The speed from original contact to signing of contract was quick and easy.
