I have Celiac Disease, which means that I have to eat gluten free. It is not a fad diet; for those with Celiac Disease, eating gluten free is the only way to survive. It is very difficult to find safe places to eat out, but I can always count on this Pei Wei. They take gluten free seriously, and that is more than appreciated by someone who eats that way because they have no choice.
My coworkers and I wanted to have lunch to-go from the Pei-Wei in Edmond today. The order was ready by the time I arrived which was great. However, when i returned to give the orders out, we noticed that we had a lettuce wrap that didn't have any lettuce and missing chicken from a steak/chicken kungpao meal (which we were charged for). Considering the 25 minute drive to get there, we are quite disappointed. Probably would have been better off going to a hole in the wall or PF Changs.
I will never eat at this Pei Wei again...we waited over 30 min. and never got our food! This place is terrible and the manager is rude and doesn't care about the customers. No more Pei Wei!!!
