Called 5 florists. She was the only one who took time to really help. Stayed open late on a Saturday just so we could pick them up. Extremely nice & patient. The flowers were beautiful!

Ordered a floral arrangement for our 5 year wedding anniversary. Opted to include 2 Happy Anniversary mylar balloons. I was beside myself when I saw that the balloons were just hearts with the words "Happy Anniversary" written on them with a sharpie. Incredibly embarrassing.
Took 4 1/2 hours to deliver 15 mins away. Also messed up message on card. Never again.
Thank you Valerie for indulging my desires for the festive purple, red and silver l side pieces for my mom's funeral. They were absolutely gorgeous and everyone just loved them. My mom would have loved them. Thank you for going above and beyond
