Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me. Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations
They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer.
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne
Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? Not at all. They encouraged second opinions Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!
THIS WAS THED WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE. YHE URSE KEPT ON CHEWING AND POPPING HER GUM SO LOUD, AT FIRST I THOUGHT SHE WAS TRYING TO BE FUNNY BUT THEN I REALIZED THAT WAS HER WAY. SHE KEPT ON CUTTING ME OFF, DIDNOT LET ME FINISHED MY SENTENCES. THE DR. RETURNED MY PHONE CALL 4 LATER AND SEEMED RUSHED AND UNATTENTIVE. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS AS RUDE AS SHE COULD. BOTTOM LINE, IF YOU WANT CRAPPY SERVICE GO TO THIS OFFICE. SINCE I THINK MY KIDS DESERVE BETTER I LOOKED FOR A DIFFERENT PROVIDER.
I do not recommend this DR. She is way too busy to take to care of you and her staff are terrible. I took my 7 month old son for a chest congestion and cough. He had a terrible weezing. She prescribed an antibiotic to be taken for 5 days. After 5 days the congestion and cough were still there. I called back to their office to ask the dr if she should see him again or if he should take the same antibiotic or sometinhg else. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable.
