The burgers here are awesome. The patties are very tasty.The burgers were huge and worth the price. Good place to go if you're hungry and you're craving a burger.
Great food My friend and I went on vacation to San Jose and we were told we had to go to this restaurant. It is great all American food. A little like a 50's diner.
best milkshakes Peggy Sue's makes my favorite milkshakes. They are the best ones I ever had. I love the food there too. I love that you can put on your own pickles and other toppings along with different sauces.
I absolutely love Peggy Sue's on Park Avenue. They have the best burgers and they even use premium ground beef. I love the 50's decor and the friendly staff. They also have a complete breakfast menu and they are very good! There's parking immediately below the building, it's right across the street from The Tech Museum and the Center for Performing Arts. You can tell this is a family-run business by how well they treat their customers.
Excellent! The milkshakes here at Peggy Sue's are the best..You can get a strawberry shake which is my husbands favorite or a specialty one like banana..I stopped here recently on the way to the Arena and was very happy with the food!
Burgers Peggy Sue's is located in downtown San Jose in San Pedro Square (where they hold the farmer's market). They serve classic diner hamburgers (available in turkey and garden), hot dogs, salads, sandwiches and soups. Very tasty.

Excellent breakfast, kick butt omelette, awesome breakfast sandwich. – The breakfast was phenomenal for the price. Clean, comfortable atmosphere with friendly service. Preparation of the food took a while and the restaurant wasn't even busy, but otherwise, I highly recommend this place.
Great Chicken Burger and Milk Shake – I love their chicken burger and regular hamburger as well, with a side of curly fries. You get to play with your burger (as in the amount of lettuce, pickles, mayo...etc) Love their milk shake, esp the pineapple flavor!! Friendly staff and the wait is never too long during lunch time.
