Selling your home is stressful, and Peggy took the “business” of selling our home away, so we could concentrate on finding our next home. She is a very experienced professional who has seen every issue and has a thoughtful way of approaching it. Peggy did a very detailed study of comparable homes that were sold in our area and helped us price our home fairly and competitively. I highly recommend Peggy as either a buyer's agent or a seller's agent. She has served in both capacities for us.
