I would have loved to give more stars, especially after hearing about the agency's great reputation. However, after calling the office twice and their broker, they would not return my calls. I'm assuming I wasn't a financially appealing client.

Peggy and her team helped me sell my father's home after his passing. Peggy was patient with us as it took well over a year to empty the house and get it ready for sale. The home was definitely ready for major renovations, so we did end up having several offers that did not materialize. Her perseverance throughout the process was unwavering and we ended up selling the home after only a couple months. Her experience and sensitivity to the situation helped put me at ease. I would highly recommend Peggy and her team.

Dealing with Peggy Hoag and her staff was a great experience. She sold our very unique historic home in the midst of a housing downturn and a jump in interest rates. If I had another home to buy/sell in the PNW, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Peggy and her team again. We hired them to sell our home in Oregon and from the first day Peggy came out to our house to the day it closed, Peggy and her close knit team have always been on time, professional, very responsive and knowledgeable, ensuring that the whole process went smoothly. I think I saw one review mention that Peggy Hoag's team is like flying first class, and it 100% is. Highly recommend.
