Peggy and her team helped me sell my father's home after his passing. Peggy was patient with us as it took well over a year to empty the house and get it ready for sale. The home was definitely ready for major renovations, so we did end up having several offers that did not materialize. Her perseverance throughout the process was unwavering and we ended up selling the home after only a couple months. Her experience and sensitivity to the situation helped put me at ease. If I had another home to buy/sell in the PNW, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Peggy and her team again. We hired them to sell our home in Oregon and from the first day Peggy came out to our house to the day it closed, Peggy and her close knit team have always been on time, professional, very responsive and knowledgeable, ensuring that the whole process went smoothly.
