About three weeks ago my HP laptop was running slowly and refused to connect to my wireless network. I brought it to Peggnet Computers in Mendham to see if they could figure out what was wrong. After they rid my computer of all Malware and spyware with several of their virus removal programs, my computer ran like new! They figured out that the wireless problem was from a bad wireless card and they replaced it with a tiny USB wireless device. Haven't had a problem since! Our back up hard drive crashed and we lost all of our files-after Staples unsuccessfully tried to retrieve the data we brought our computers and the damaged hard drive to Peggnet. They worked hard to retrieve our files and never gave up! We then had them come to our office and assist us in setting up a new system. Professional, knowledgeable and patient. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
I had a networking issue in my house. They sent a guy in who was patient and knowledgeable. He got right to it and solved all the issues I was having (bad router). Computer, Internet and printing. It is faster than it ever was! He was done quickly and provided service with a smile. I have used them several times since including walk-in to their storefront in Mendham. Everyone is great there! I will continue using tham and recommend them to everyone!
