After ruining their partnership with HP, they had to scramble to save this branch, so they let most of their repair staff go. I personally experienced VERY heavy prejudice from upper management, as well as line supervisors. It seemed that no one was safe from being mistreated there. In the end nearly everyone lost their jobs.
This company has shown many disappointing practices in how it treats employees. When the company owes employees money or reimbursements, it's often taken lightly or delayed. However, when employees owe the company anything, repayment is strictly enforced. The double standard is very clear.
