Sent my iPhone 15 into what I thought was Apple only to be denied by this joke of a company that handles their repairs. They said my iPhone had the enclosure replaced by a third party which is false. So my phone was still under warranty but you falsely denied it. Seems fair.

They are a third party repair center that does not respond to requests and just closes out repairs. How they are in business I do not know. Do not use them if you have the choice. I how ever do not.

I had my MacBook Air M4 display replaced at Pegatron Technology Service, an Apple Authorized Service Center, and the quality of the repair was extremely disappointing. After opening the laptop to inspect the work, I found that the display cable had been jammed underneath the controller board instead of being routed through the designated channel. One of the worst companies everrrrr! Never even try to get into. The work culture and the managers here are the worst. Professionalism is not a thing in here. None of the them understand English. They even cannot communicate properly in English. They treat engineers as cheap labour. The managers here are a JOKEEEE. They favour people who can’t understand and speak English, just like them
