One of the worst companies everrrrr! Never even try to get into. The work culture and the managers here are the worst. Professionalism is not a thing in here. None of the them understand English. They even cannot communicate properly in English. They treat engineers as cheap labour. The managers here are a JOKEEEE. They favour people who can’t understand and speak English, just like them
Had repair done through Apple as a depot repair, phone returned with missing top speaker grill and back telephoto camera lens had fingerprint and bloated requiring second repair. Phone was also returned with black adhesive still stuck to the back of phone and front edges.
Its crazy that Apple authorizes such repair centers, I am a technician myself and do these repairs on daily basis. But to me its shocking to leave dust inside a camera lens and then people in Apple arguing that front camera is a part of the screen and they need to replace the screen, like WHATTT. How can a people have such understanding of a phone which company they work for. YIKESS
