Pegasus Property Management—especially Carol and Jennifer—is the gold standard for customer service. They actually answer the phone and emails—something that shouldn’t be rare yet somehow is—are always prompt and courteous, and consistently provide clear, helpful information. I work with a lot of property management companies, and I can confidently say Pegasus is in a league of their own. I can’t recommend them enough!
In my experience, the people at Pegasus have been professional, responsive, and proactive. Excellent response time, always with answers.
I’m sharing my experience with the HOA board of golfside circle homes. DO NOT rent or buy in this community if you have children. My current neighbors are complaining about my daughter’s sidewalk chalk. The old group of ppl in this neighborhood will complain about your every move. Please go elsewhere and save yourself the stress of the miserable OLD retired community who like to sabotage the younger generation for just existing. Ashley and Pegasus in general have been great. They’ve been our CAM company for 5+ years. I’ve never had an issue with them and any time I need something they’re there to help…they often respond on the weekend too. I highly recommend them if you’re searching for a CAM.
I have had to deal with them with regard to customer needs for resale purposes and I am so pleased with how quickly I get a response from the CAM (Ashley). I have never gone more than 24-hours (and sometimes within minutes ) of a request for information. Makes my job a lot easier and keeps the customer from having to double up on efforts. Highly recommend.
