I have never seen the management like this . So unprofessional and when we have meetings we are not allowed to speak.

Ashley today conducted a resident meeting at Villa Palmeras . I was floored just how disrespectful, nasty , hostile she was to a resident. If you do not want questions or comments , there is a skilled , professional way to manage . Unbelievable , the level of mean disrespect shown by this young woman who is in fact our employee. Outrageous. .
If you are a property owner and are looking for a property management company to manage your investment, know this. There is a good reason that Pegasus has a 2 rating. They are among the worst property management companies in south Florida, and I know this because I have worked in the Talent Acquisition department of one of the best, I know this business well, and I live in one of the properties they manage.
