If you are a property owner and are looking for a property management company to manage your investment, know this. There is a good reason that Pegasus has a 2 rating. They are among the worst property management companies in south Florida, and I know this because I have worked in the Talent Acquisition department of one of the best, I know this business well, and I live in one of the properties they manage. Excellent company, highly recommended
High staff turnover (accounting and CAM's). Unable to provide timely/correct financial statements. Poor/Slow communication with homeowners and board. Required legal to obtain community records.
Worst customer service. I’m just calling with a simple question. They answer rudely.
These guys have been doing a good job for Fountain Lakes for several years. Ashley and Heather are a credit to the industry.
