The landscaper damaged our new car and Rick from jvc got aggressive about making it right. The management company allowing this behavior is just wrong.
If looking for an HOA Management company run as far away from this company as you can. They are the absolute worst! They do not respond to anything in a timely manner. They only get accounts because they are among the cheapest in town, and the old saying you get what you pay for. Half of the time when they do respond or send an email blast out, it has errors in it too. The price we pay in Florida though for living in gated communites, all HOA management companies are the worst but Pegasus Management truly takes the cake on b... read more
