I regret ever renting with these snakes!!! They will steal your deposit money, add bogus fees, and get into personal arguments when they are called out. Eventually after a drawn out battle they took off bogus fees, but the charges out of my deposit are a joke! If you don't fight their made up charges, they will force them on you. smh STAY FAR AWAY from these people. Can't imagine how many nice people were taken advantage of by them. ��
Good luck if you rent property from these people.
Renters beware! This management company charges ridiculous fees when you move out to keep the deposit, one example caulking the tub and not to mention they tried to charge 2 months rent and 2100. For decline showing fees. I do not recommend the management company to anyone.
