Teresa is a thief!!! Same as the others have said. Thousands in bogus fees so she can pocket your deposit. Can’t wait until she goes to prison.
Posting anywhere I can review this company so no one has to deal with what we did. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been renting homes/ apartments for 5 years and this is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve never had a company that showed so little care towards their tenants and had contractors openly talk about how much they dislike the landlord/ management. Not only did they never check on the mold in our air vents but when it was time to move out they kept our ENTIRE deposit of $1,500 for (and I kid you not when I say this) hanging curtains with screws in TWO ROOMS as well as a line on the wall from our couch rubbing it (my kids would jump and play on the couch.) I have NEVER in my entire rental history had a deposit not returned. Granted, I understand the 4 screw holes needed to be filled and the wall needed a layer of paint for my couch. Absolutely do not rent from them.
We cannot wait to move out because they will not fix the AC. My kids sweat in their rooms at night. I do too but my kids are more important. Larry himself came and looked at the house and told us our filter needed changing. My husband had just replaced it and looked brand new. I would not recommend them
