This company is a disaster! They say they back their product, but they do not. I spent $7,000 to have a liner replaced on my inground pool 1.5 years ago. Even though the last page of their booklet says they offer a 25 year warranty they refuse to even come and look to see why the liner is not holding water, let alone offer to fix it.
I order liners from them all the time. Sometimes in the height of the season like every other liner manufacturer there can be a wait, but I always ask them what the lead time is and they are honest so I have no issues. If they tell me its two weeks to get a liner I tell the customer its two weeks, this way I have no issues with the customer. This factory stink, the whole area smells very bad. I drive by everyday and today I couldnt breath.. I feel sorry for those people living around there. Must be very bad for them.
