This is a non responsive staff that keeps raising the rates of the storage units. The raised rates are higher then the advertised on line rate. Specific Staff employees are more then rude and shouldn't be in dealing the with public. I have been with this storage unit facility for more then a 1 1/2 and do feel Appreciated. I am paying them they are not paying me. I have been in sales and customer relations for many years and if I treated my clients like this and ignored them I wouldn't have any clients..
