These are they guys that are responsible for the water being dumped onto Stone Island from Deltona's Ditch. Check out the millions of gallons a day coming out of the ditch at Audubon Park Deltona going right into the canals around Stone Island. I don't know about their engineering abilities but this seems whack! These guys are the engineers on record requesting to dump the water through December or beyond if there's still extra water in Deltona by Dec 6, 2022. I don't get it. Explain it to me.

I had the pleasure of working with Leylah S. and all I can say is "wow". What a professional ! Extremely knowledgable and very thorough.
