Pegasus engineering is sub contracted by the city of Winter Springs, and they do not respond in a timely manner, if they respond at all. I was told I would have answers to my question in 3 days, it has been 6 weeks now with no response. David is not responding to the city personnel or my calls. I have been dealing with this company for over a year concerning my property and this is their standard practice. Completely unacceptable, especially as a subcontractor. Look elsewhere for an engineer.

These are they guys that are responsible for the water being dumped onto Stone Island from Deltona's Ditch. Check out the millions of gallons a day coming out of the ditch at Audubon Park Deltona going right into the canals around Stone Island. I don't know about their engineering abilities but this seems whack! These guys are the engineers on record requesting to dump the water through December or beyond if there's still extra water in Deltona by Dec 6, 2022. I don't get it. Explain it to me.

I had the pleasure of working with Leylah S. and all I can say is "wow". What a professional ! Extremely knowledgable and very thorough. She took the time to explain to me how FEMA Programs work and how they apply to my property. Sometimes people have a gift. If the rest of the company is anything like this person 5 Stars all the way!
