I am appalled by the way Kenny broke a working relationship of 6 years. After expressing frustration for being given the runaround on a leak problem with my AC, which has gotten increasingly worse, I then received aggressive emails, was spoken to like a child on the phone, and then hung up on like a family feud. My AC went out and I called all around and couldn't find anyone until someone told me about this place. My 1 year old was getting nauseous and my 3 year old kept sayin, "Daddy, why is it so hot??" I was devastated by my inability to fix the AC for these two beautiful ones and my lovely wife. Kenny, when I called him about the situation, came right out (at 8PM) and fixed it right away and at a very reasonable price. Thank God.
Professional, courteous and an all-around wonderful experience with Ashley and Eddie! What could have been a very bad situation (AC going out in July with my mother coming to visit!) was fixed quickly. I also appreciated Ashley calling me when Eddie was on his way so I could go to work and then meet him at the house, instead of waiting for him to arrive. Peffer has become our go-to for our AC and heating needs. Thank you!
