I've never had a dental office so efficient. By taking all the pictures, not just typical x-rays, there were some issues found that needed attention. Plus all the staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. Amazing customer service with a Special welcome package! You were made to feel very welcomed and not just another person to process. I'm so glad Dr Wilder was recommended. He has developed the "best" staff!
Watching Dr. Wilder work, it is clear that he cares about quality and craftsmanship. He takes the time necessary to do a pristine job. He did some cosmetic work on my daughter's front teeth, and they look great! We also discovered her first ever cavity. He was so kind and patient with her, as she was nervous about the numbing needles. We had heard that he is well respected in the area (on the Board at Eastern) and a perfectionist. That is exactly what I want in a dentist!
Thank you Dr. Wilder and Krista Krebs for the services provided. It was obvious to me from the first call from Krista that your office provides professional, courteous and friendly service. I love your music, the atmosphere is relaxing, everyone is so friendly and the work done is very well done. Krista made sure that I was comfortable during my two hour procedure. I look forward to my next dental visit. Again, a huge thank you!
Thanks to all for the fab teamwork in getting me in and out of the chair and thereby making my meeting with my own team on time. On top of it being a Monday you were also down a team member.
