Worst Experience – I was originally told by the owner, that my Accord would be done by Friday, but it was 2 weeks later when I went to pick it up. I mentioned a loud squeek in the rear when I dropped it off, and when I picked it up, It was the same bad sound in the rear. Owner said it just needed an "adjustment", and I could pick it up the next day. I picked it up and no squeek, until 2 days later. Horrible Experience! – I had a horrible experience at Peerless. I brought in my vehicle for repairs with a geico estimate. They said they were fine with the estimate. They do not take credit cards so I asked if they could work with me on my deductible of $500 (which I did not have). They said YES they would work with me. They took 2 weeks longer than Geico said they should have. Which cause me to go over my rental limit and cost me $100+. Geico cut them a check and they DID bill me for less than my deductible BUT... You're kidding, right? You had no money and I helped you, and now I'm getting a bad review. I gave you an estimate ahead of time and told you what would be repaired and what not be repaired, which was all approved by Geico.You also had to be removed from my shop by the Police! I've been here 25 years and I'll be here another 25. My real customers know my reputation.
Awesome customer service and more! – Peerless came recommended by a friend. Now, I don't send my Harley parts just to anyone, so I was concerned never using Peerless before. It took a little longer then expected, but the job they did was as if it came from the factory. PERFECT!
