Very good program the owner is chill
Peer was great up until I found out John Kelly who works at Peer Mental Wellness was talking about confidential info about me to a female that we both know. The things he told her were also untrue. So that's beyond a HIPPA violation, it's gossip and slander on me and my name.
If you have struggled with "traditional" recovery or self-development methods/modalities, I highly encourage you to give this place some serious thought. Peer Mental Wellness showed me I have the power to be the author of my own life & don't have to be a victim. While the model has changed since I graduated (I was the first!), it is the people here who are the real magic. I can't remember another time or place where I sensed a singleness of purpose, dedication, and passion for what they do. They serve people.
Wonderful place! I genuinely loved my time here and I can not think of a bad thing to say about it. I was struggling really hard with my mental health for awhile, trying many different places that did not work for me personally. It was not until I went here that I truly started to feel like I was making progress towards a better life.
