He and my realtor had a shady deal going on. They lied about the inspection of my home and I didn't discover the problems with the home I purchased until after the closing. I thought it had just been me until I read reviews about other homeowners he had done this too. Stay away. Wouldn't let him inspect a dog house now.
Ryan Peel called my company to repair a shower drain that he had inadvertently missed during the home inspection he was paid to perform. We contacted the new homeowner and after a short time, finally made it out there to inspect the problem. The problem was with the plumbing drain tie in to the shower pan. Most of the tile on the walls and a new pan were required to compete the job. Also had to call a door company to remove/ replace shower door.
