Been waiting for over a year for these guys to come back and fix my custom gate. They stuffed up the measurements and after many emails back and forth it’s still unfinished. Installer broke or lost items which I ended up repairing myself, poor quality of workmanship, would not recommend especially if your after quality custom work
Took an extremely long time to receive our gates. The communication was hard with head office and when there was any the office girl was pretty rude. Quality of gates seem okay. Date change request was once by us. The rest was you either changing dates, or booking an install without checking we were not at work. Anyway this is our opinion of your service it is now up to prospective customers to experience it themselves.
OH MY GOSH! These guys are amazing! They were organised by our real estate company to do some work at our investment property….they were very polite and did their job brilliantly. They happened to arrive while I was trying to dig out a tree and a palm….both of them grabbed a shovel and got stuck in to give me a hand to finish the job! Going the extra mile! Such gentlemen!
I would not recommend Peel Fencing for Automated gates. The installer was unprofessional. The quality of his installation was beyond unprofessional. scraping sand together to use for concrete form work says it all. The new gate had scuff marks on it which is still on the gate today. The track the gate slides on is not level. The track is not sitting on a concrete base so it collapses when you drive over it. They offered to fix it but with a few bags of Kwikset concrete they have in the yard, and said it wasn't in the scope o... read more
Thanks for the works completed by the Team at Peel Fencing. We are very satisfied with the job and also very pleased with the work ethic of Tim and his offsider. They took great care and had fantastic attention to detail to get the alignment of all of the bollards installed spot on. We have no hesitation in recommending Peel Fencing for their excellent work and good value / fair pricing. This is the second job this year that we have used them for and would not hesitate to use them again.
