I would strongly consider manufacturing my own flooring before using Peek’s ever again; what a horrible experience! We used Martha because we were referred her from a family member. Her customer service and communication is without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced. When it was all said and done, she overbid our LVT install by 550 square feet and then wanted me to pay for the restocking fee (25%) and shipping for us to return the unused material.
