I upgraded to 3D/4D all inclusive, it supposed to be 20-25 mins scan. We arrived on time and we were there for only15mins, when he sent the Video recording it was just 9 mins scan. He was rushing the whole thing and only got 2 good photos. We had great experience at other places with our three year old daughter, this place is closer so we decided to book here instead, and it was not a cheap mistake... I was really looking forward to this experience, but left feeling confused and a bit disappointed. Our appointment we made same day was for 11:30am and we went in around 11:35 after the family before us finished their appointment. The whole scan felt rushed—we stopped at the public washroom afterward and were still back in the car by 11:47am. According to his ultrasound photo timestamps we were in there until 11:55 and that it was a full 25-minute appointment, but the screen recording tells a different story. It starts at 11... read more
The whole experience felt very rushed. We did not get great photos. We feel our ultrasound photos from the doctor’s office are much more clear. In my opinion this is not worth the high price point for such a short 15 minute visit.
