Overall service was very smooth. Ms. Linda and the other staff were very professional. I would prefer to do it all in one day. I feel that it could be done in one day but, they said not available for Creamation the same day with viewing day. Minus half star.
Professional-level communication was extremely important during this difficult time, and it was delivered with great care and compassion. Bathrooms were in pristine condition. Not a single piece of trash on the ground or any water stains. Parking was a little difficult to find but it seemed like you were allowed to park anywhere not red. Lovely funeral home.
