Janine was great! We had such an awesome experience seeing our daughter in 3D/4D. Janine was so personable explaining everything we saw and so sweet with our baby girl talking to her and getting the perfect photos. I will not forget one second of today. It was perfection. I also would highly suggest adding the video package to your photos. It is so nice to see back your ultrasound.
I've been here twice. Once for myself and once for my sister. The last time I went was a few years ago and I always meant to leave a review. This place is awesome and the owner was extremely kind and generous. The place was very clean and cute. The experience was peaceful and exciting. These ladies were very skilled at their job. I had an unexpected and concerning experience with this business almost a month after my visit. I received a phone call where the staff member mistakenly believed I was someone who hadn’t paid, and it became clear they were calling past clients trying to identify the person. This felt very unprofessional and raised concerns about how they handle client information. Amazing experience! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The staff was incredibly patient and kind, even though my baby was very stubborn. She took her time and made sure we got the cutest, clearest pictures and videos without rushing us at all. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. Me and my fiancé had such a great time definitely a special memory for us. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a 3D ultrasound!
Amazing All Around! The owner is absolutely amazing and so so kind! Beautiful rooms, equipment, and staff! Would recommend to all pregnant mamas!
