I was quite disappointed that I was told the wrong gender "boy at 16 weeks". I was shocked because my Harmony result said "girl"... I had scans at 17 and 20 weeks at my OB clinic just to be sure. Both times said "girl". I gave birth to a baby girl two months ago!

Oh no! We are very sorry this happened. What we can do is refund you the $75 from the ultrasound session. We would normally offer you a free $150 4D session as well. Call us and we'd be more than happy to refund you the amount. Again, we apologize.
Very friendly and cooperative staff. I treated my daughter to an ultrasound here. Images were amazing, but something went wrong with the CD and DVD she received with her package. The staff fixed the issue with the CD, but couldn't fix the issue with the DVD, so they provided another ultrasound for the same length of time as the first one at no cost. Not only that, but they surprised my daughter with more printed pictures of her baby. Thank you again. The second session was extra appreciated.
