We had just sat down when they called us back .Dr Odell listens to our questions & gives answers we can understand.Melissa Holland also is very attentive to our needs and does a fabulous job!

I had a 9:00 appt arrived 15mins earlier for paperwork. No need to do any x-rays I have them with me.. You quickly received my copay and it is now 11:00 have not seen the doctor come in this room yet... They placed me a room and left me no one bothered to come back and even check. The door is closed so as far as I know they all could be out for lunch
Why do I have to be there at 7:50am, when I'm not called for at least 30 minutes. Every visit is the same. Check in the wait wait wait! I just don't get it!
