If I had the opportunity, I would rate this shop -5 stars but google does not allow that. Here's my feedback to all potential customers that plan to bring their cars to this shop. I brough my car to one of his mechanics (Javier) for a couple of years until this major incident happened. Mechanic mis diagnosed my car and ended up replacing the fuel pump. I found out about this after taking it to another shop and my Ram was diagnosed with the bad fuel fuse which is built in the fused box. ATTENTION: BELOW IS THE MAJOR INCIDENT.... read more
I had the worst experience with this shop, one of their mechanics named Javier caused a car accident while backing out my truck.The owner did not take responsibility and refused to provide his insurance information to repair the damages to my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and not take your vehicle to this shop, this post doesn’t deserve any stars!
Absolutely WORST mechanic shop in LONG ISLAND. all the good reviews are the owners family. I recommend you DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to leave with your car smoking and even more worse.
