the worst medical office to choose. i don't know why they pay salary to the personal that doesn't work. they are horrible with referral, documentation, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, apologizing is not a customer service, customer service is TO DO THE WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was treated horribly on several occasions by the staff and today by the Dr Castellanos. I will. W finding a new primary and do not recommend this office or Dr.

My sister recently went to this office to get medication after a recommendation from her psychiatrist. Dr. Pedro proceeded to call my sisters visit “bullshit,” yelled at her, embarrassed her in front of his staff and told her to gladly leave after she asked if she should find someone else who can help her. If this is how this “doctor” treats his patients (particularly a towards a young woman), then he should be embarrassed and others should stay far away.
