My suspicions about this practice started after they recommended expensive “boots”... At $100+ per boot. This was followed by expensive supplements, $600+ orthotics that had to be redone, because they were incorrect, and countless copays and deductibles for tests. After about 6 injections the doctor recommended surgery. Double neuroma and a bunion removal all at once. All at a surgical center that he was part owner of. At one point, the doctor implied my pain after the surgery was “in my head” and when I requested the doctor... read more

This was the worst experience of my life. Two years later ( after a bunion removal) I am in extreme pain, receiving spinal injections every 3 weeks to help with the pain. Do not go to this office. Dr hendizadeh gave me over a dozen alcohol injections into the nerve of mt foot. He said I developed a neuroma from the surgery, I trusted him and he continued to treat me for 1 year after surgery which then he damaged all the nerves in my foot. Stonybrook Drs cant believe what he did to me.

As an operating room nurse I get to see and appreciate how well a surgeon is at his craft. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hendizadeh.

Had my bunion corrected by Dr. Hendi and it is worse now than before. When I went back a couple of times he made up all kinds of excuses. I finally went to another foot doctor to correct my bunion with surgery and now my foot is great. Don't waste your time. He needs some refresher courses. He is very abrupt

I had bunion surgery with this doctor. His group is extremely professional and my foot healed much quicker than anticipated. I was very nervous to have this procedure done but can honestly say the recovery was not as difficult as I had anticipated. Wish I did it sooner.

Excellent Doctor who takes the time to explain everything. His ability to explain things clearly is what made me realize all doctors should take the time make their patients educated on the problems they are having. By understanding my situation, I was able to make a better decision for my foot care.

Surgically alleviated a hammertoe deformity resulting from a severe accident many years ago. Inspired confidence in his approach and plan. Dr Levy and Nurse Barbara were outstanding at the surgery center.
