Dr Sato and his team have been my kids’ provider since we moved back to Oahu in 2004. That over 20 years! They have been incredibly accommodating every visit, in particular with my (then) very small children. Administratively, we have had no issues at all. Been bring my daughter here almost all her life and she’s 17 now. Never ever had a problem with scheduling/rescheduling, billing, patient care, treatments or referrals. Communication has always been on point and the front office staff is great! They always do their best be on time and are professional from beginning to end. Keep up the good work🤗
