Hands down the best place there is! I joined the gym earlier this year and had absolutely 0 experience or any sort of training background. I was very nervous and shy but once I went in I was immediately put at ease. Our coach Derek is amazing, kind, and very patient. The other teammates are also great and the upper belts help out in extreme detail. The parking is also convenient and the area is very chill. If you’ve been searching for a gym to join I recommend you stop because this is the one.

Derek is an absolutely amazing coach that has helped create a gym that has a team environment. The competition side of the gym is world class and has the competitors to prove it. PSF is world renown affiliate and having the only one in California is special. If you want to gain confidence, get in shape and make some awesome friends then come try a class.
