Exceptional! Very easy to make appointments, staff is very friendly and caring, and appreciate the thoughtfulness in answering questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

I have been with this practice for 25 years. I love the fact that they are polite, helpful and great at returning calls when needed. I do miss Dr. Fadakar but Dr. Duffy is great as well. All the staff at the W Hartford office is great and welcoming. Thank you for all you do for our children.
This place is trash! Heidi the manger is horrible she dont care about patients or her employees she treats them like TRASH! they need a new manager the doctors talk to the employees like trash right in front of patients! I seen a staff member force a kid to get a shot they held him down so unacceptable. they only care about the money Dr. Perks is horrible all doctors are horrible they always have a new APRN they never last i wonder why . i really dont know how they are still open for business staff comes and goes every time ... read more
