BE AWARE! I paid upfront $1000 for my to get a procedure. Once they received the insurance information they filed the claim and received the money. 8 months later I still have't received the refund, it seems they are double billing (insurance and customer) and are committing fraud. I keep calling and they always claim that the insurance hasn't pay the amount. I called the insurance and they showed me proof that they cleared the claim.

Horrible customer service I have a new born that was born April 2nd, he had his first doctors apt April 4th at another office which recommended me here for my son circumsician surgery I have been calling everyday for an appointment it’s now April 12 it’s been over a week of me calling everyday and still nothing. You guys need to get it together this is horrible service.

My nephew came here for a hypospadias repair. We live in the Florida keys without access, so we’re referred here. Each visit is an all a day affair with the drive, which you can imagine with a 1 year old. We had our follow up appointment schedule. The office has communicated with my sister 5 times over the last two days about this post-surgery check up to make sure he healed up correctly. Terrible!!! Ni si quiera llegué a hacer una cita porque llamé toda la mañana del día de hoy y simplemente me dejaban en espera por las de 15 minutos para después colgarme. Lo hicieron 4 veces. A la quinta vez les dije lo que pasó y me dejaron en espera por 5ta vez para luego colgarme. Una perdida de tiempo.
