I was told testing would be 30 minutes. It is actually an hour. They place you in an extremely hot room with 0 ventilation. I had two infants with me while my 8 year old was getting an EEG and they expected me to leave my 8 year old child unattended when I complained of how hot it was in the room. Do better for your patients and their families.
Before they changed ownership, it was good. I love Dr Meddles but now you cannot get through to a person the call backs are sometimes good and sometimes not. Don’t miss a call because you will not get a person and it will be about 2-3 day delay. My son isn’t doing well and they don’t have equipment, don’t have insurance contracts. It’s a waiting game while my son is not okay. It really sucks it became like this.
The doctor was good; however, the support staff, follow up and communication is absolutely awful. Their support staff was rude when my pediatrician office called them because I was not getting a response after multiple calls. First appointment is Teladoc only and you have to go to a lab to get bloodwork (if needed). I DO NOT recommend them at all. Try Children's Hospital instead if your insurance is accepted.
I would not recommend in any shape or form. Luckily we don’t have to endure their complete lack of communication and me calling every week to see what’s going on. Staff isn’t friendly and every time the doctors assistant called me, she forgot the answer I’ve been repeatedly telling them. Many parents in a Facebook group for bonus needs kids that I am in have stated that they were told that this clinic would be closing at the end of 2024. Dr. Litwin is EXTRAORDINARY! I am grateful she is my daughter’s doctor! She has done so much for her and improving her quality of life! The office staff is amazing and always helpful!
