The “care” component of healthcare feels significantly lacking. There is a noticeable gap in service quality, particularly in internal provider communication regarding test orders, scheduling, and billing processes. Coordination appears fragmented, which creates confusion and delays for patients. Additionally, it is extremely difficult to reach someone by phone when questions arise. Billing departments often contact patients from out-of-state numbers, which can be confusing and concerning. When pricing information is request... read more

Today my son had an eeg done, his tech/ma was Cat and she was amazing! She made us all so comfortable, she was thorough and so sweet. She definitely helped us relax and prepared us for the appointment. Hoping our doctor visit is just as good as things were w her!

The Doctor with No Heart: When Compassion is Missing My Experience with Dr. Kate Meddles My son was under the care of Dr. Kate Meddles for two years. I was told testing would be 30 minutes. It is actually an hour. They place you in an extremely hot room with 0 ventilation. I had two infants with me while my 8 year old was getting an EEG and they expected me to leave my 8 year old child unattended when I complained of how hot it was in the room. Do better for your patients and their families.

Before they changed ownership, it was good. I love Dr Meddles but now you cannot get through to a person the call backs are sometimes good and sometimes not. Don’t miss a call because you will not get a person and it will be about 2-3 day delay. My son isn’t doing well and they don’t have equipment, don’t have insurance contracts. It’s a waiting game while my son is not okay. It really sucks it became like this.
