I was on hold with the Billing department for 57 minutes. The Agent did not seem at all surprised at this wait time.
I wanna report this place. They are trying so hard to let me pay for the attendant fee when I was delivering my baby more then a year ago. Just now some random people just called me off business hour and said this this place sent my info to them to have them collect my money. Seriously? This pediatrix medical group promised me they will contact my insurance company and now the collection people are calling me...I'm speechless!!!
