We really appreciate Dr. Sidell! She is knowledgeable, kind, and makes us feel at ease about every concern we have regarding our kid. We never feel like she's rushing us.
Good luck calling with a simple question. There is no direct line to the office. As much as I love listening to a low quality version of Benny and The Jets over and over on speaker phone while on hold for 20 minutes, I would love to just be able to quickly ask the front desk if my appointment is at 10 or 10:30. I can’t check online because my daughter was just born and doesn’t have an online account yet.
The place is great in person, but wow, terrible if you want to get in touch with them! They channel you through an automated system that takes forever and even asks you if you have Covid symptoms just to take your call, and then connects you with someone on the other side of the country, that does not even know the local locations. The appointments are months away for a simple shot, and then they might try to book you for an office 1 hour away, because they do not know how far offices are from each other. These guys never updated my personal information when I went in (it was all over the paperwork I did) and so I never got my bills or statements. I was also told I wouldn’t owe anything after my insurance once my appointments were over. So, not only did I have to spend 800$ that I wasn’t anticipating (and I have very good insurance) three hundred of it was in collections and the collections agency was given the wrong info to contact me because of this mistake.
