Not the best place.... – The nurse in this organization is the rudest, pompous excuse for a nurse. Not even sure how she makes it in that office. The staff will only lift a finger for you if you help them lift up their arm. I find it extremely rude that the minute you walk in they ask for your name and co-payment in the same breath. You could be crawling in from pain and they won't even acknowledge you until you hand them that credit card!!! they don't seem to value your time. Just had a bad experience tonight. We were scheduled for an appointment. We were way early for an appointment so we patiently waited. But when it was our time, no one informed us that we have to wait more till who knows when. We waited for about 2 hours before we finally decided to just head home.
I love pediatrics on broadway!! Dr. Dicker and DeCristofano are great!! – I am upset to hear the negative reviews about pediatrics on broadway. I love them. I have been going to them for 11 years for both my boys. Dr. Dicker is the kindest most concerned doctor I have met for children. He has helped my family many times in the past with great referrals and getting my youngest son in for ear surgery when the ear surgeon had no room to fit us in. Love this Practice - – I never experienced what the prior reviewer stated. All the doctors in the practice take the time to talk WITH you. We have been going there for 19 yrs this week and it will break my heart when the day comes and my kids can no longer to Ped. on Broadway.
Great doctors here! – You may be aware of the old saying; "everyone is entitled to their own opinion". I can't imagine why the last 4 reviews were as harsh as they were, I am sure that these parents are over reacting. I happen to think that these doctors are aces in their field. Do NOT recommend this practice - unethical - mistakes made with no admittance - lied to by staff and Dr. Dicker – Part I: My daughter (age 7) needed her last DPT shot for school. Ped. On Broadway rushed me in for a quick appt. Nurse walked in with two shots on the tray. I questioned why two and she stated she needed both. I'm a freak about immunizations, but allowed her to give my daughter the shots as she could not return to school without them. Respect people's time; and answer the phone – They keep you waiting forever and don't apologize for it. And when you call, you can get lost in their answering system; God forbid someone simply pick up the phone.
Wouldnt recommend this practice – I am very dissatisfied with this practice. 1st - billing, they do not submit to your secondary insurance, so i paid them the billed amount submitted to my secondary and then in return my secondary paid them, i have contacted billing for my $ back but i am told over and over that i do not have a credit on my daughters account so until then, they will not reimburse me. Warning! – This guy talks at you not to you. He refused to look at my daughter before she received her second flu shot. I told the nurse that she had been sick for about a week and a half, actually he had seen her during the time she was sick and told my wife that a doctor would check her before she got the shot. He stood at the front desk the whole time I was there talking and hanging out with the staff but was too busy to take a look at my daughter.
