THIS IS NOT A PEDIATRICIANS OFFICE!!!! Had to learn the hard way. The front desk was nice enough to help me out and gave me information to the “right” place. Pediatrics of greater houston DOES NOT exist here. Go ahead and find a new pediatrics office for your kids while you’re at it too.
The girls at the front have zero professionalism. Don’t help with concerns or let you finish a question before cutting you off or hanging up on you. Take your business somewhere else!
The doctor is great! The problem is the the the call center or front desk staff that place you on hold for 10 minutes and then hang up when all you called about was to confirm the appointment time!
Due to a mistake on staff setting my children appointment times I was as fault and could not be seen they told me one thing and now it’s all at one designated time but listed in email separate times for kids the receptionist at desk showed now concern on trying to fix it at all don’t expect for better results takes a month again to get rescheduled after staff mistake no type of caring vibe at this facility was standing 15 mins before anyone act as if I was there the lady sitting in chair just seem as she doesn’t care she jus... read more
Dr.Stephen is the best!!!! She is very responsive and understanding to our concerns. She is also great with our little one.... Will keep going here as long as she is here!
