Hello end good afternoon I Been to this pedriatric with my 7 months baby girl end always are nice to me but specially the wonderful lady name Claudia everytime Claudia answers the phone always answers super nice end answer my question cause I’m first time mom end I call for answer she always said everything I ask gracias Claudia la mejor secretaria de esa clínica
They never have appointments available. Kids don't schedule when they get sick. They wan you to wait 3-5 day to actually being seen. We always end up goin to the er to be seen. It Ridiculous
Últimamente te hacen esperar demasiado media hora de espera, además si tienes una cita programada te atienden después de la media hora así llegues puntual a tu cita, sales una hora después. Recientemente llamé para preguntar si ya tenían unos documentos que había dejado hace dos días, y la recepcionista dijo que le permitiera un momento el cual me dejó en espera aproximadamente 20 minutos, pésimo servicio por parte de ellas. Acabo de ir con mi hijo al doctor por unas ronchas que le salieron después de un viaje a las vegas ,resultó que son chinches mi hijo tiene autismo estábamos muy preocupados porque no sabemos de qué se trataba el no se puede comunicar al 100%,me dieron la recomendación de desinfectar todo para mí todo estaba bien, y cuando salgo los de resección y la doctora estaban riéndose jugando con un desinfectante ,tan luego me vieron se calmaron y se callaron ,me entregaron la nota de justificación para la escuela ,y pregunté a una de ... read more
