The staff was very responsive and friendly, I had a very good experience
ER is a complete circus! About 60 people in the waiting room. All being treated from the lobby. No wheelchairs left. No seats. Standing room only. Some folks outside sitting on the benches. After 4 hours I left. I went in with CHEST PAIN! Had a heart attack in the past & had the same symptoms. My experience in the ER was nothing short of ludicrous. Never again. Do better Dignity Health! The staff on the other hand were very friendly.
I feel I was treated fairly quick, considering there were many people seeking care. The staff was polite and friendly,,,not dismissive. I felt that my concerns were addressed and I was thankful to have the referral,I needed, when I left.
