I called this office about 2 weeks ago requesting an appointment for my son, the person who answer the phone told me they were busy and she was going to call me back in about 10 minutes, I called again 2 hours and another person answer the phone and said that the other person was in lunch that she was going to call me back after two weeks I'm still waiting, I think this disrespectful to your patients or future patients. Pediatrics in North Florida was my pediatric office and would be my child's if I still lived in St. Augustine. I completely trust Dr. Ng and his staff. It is obvious from the moment you enter the office that they truly care. Physicians that take time with their patients, truly listen and demostrate genuine concern are difficult to come by these days.
