Dr. Vu is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and understanding pediatrician. I recommend him to anyone
If you care about your kids take them else where. These people will force you into things you don’t want to do and have absolutely zero compassion. They are all about money and not the care of there patients. This place shouldn’t even be aloud to be in business based on the experience I’ve had with my 6 month old.
Dr.Vu has been an exceptional pediatrician. I have been following him wherever he goes. All 3 of my kids love him. He is the only doctor I trust with my kids. He is very knowledgeable, caring and he actually LISTENS to the concerns. He makes sure he breaks down actually what he is doing in a way where the patient is able to understand. He is always willing to answer any question you have and doesn’t brush you off like other doctors do. I highly recommend him and pediatrics of Brevard is lucky to have him!
After 10 years as patients, they dropped my kids over a $9 balance that we didn’t even know we had. They could’ve called or even sent a letter. They could’ve told us when we were there for multiple appointments after the so-called balance was due. The staff doesn’t care at all about any of the patients, everyone is just a number. All they care about is money and what they can bill you or your insurance for. I have a baby (10 months old) that is seen regularly at the Rockledge location. Something came up and I needed him to be looked at on a Saturday. I was able to get him an appointment for as soon as I could get down to the office. The people were super friendly and professional and quick to see my son. We had our answers and concerns alleviated. Would recommend this office again.
