We have been coming to this practice for 6 years. Yesterday, I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in healthcare in general. As a Registered Nurse of 15 years myself, I understand many aspects of healthcare better than most, but the behavior of one of the nurse practitioners at this practice was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ve been going to Peds in Brevard For 9 years. They always make themselves available, even if it’s last minute. I never have a long weight in the waiting room or the patient room, and the doctors actually listen.
We have been coming to Peds for 27 years. I absolutely love Dr Ulrich! BUT came in today after filling everything out by their app from the email and was told that we had to fill out electronically on our phone all new paperwork. This is absolutely absurd!! If I received an email and clicked the link and went and followed their instructions and than it's wrong and was told to scan a QR code because they have a new system. UPDATE: As the world changes so does our doctors office. I dont understand why im coming inas a paying customer and the women behind the counter tells ne i have to self check in. Ok maam then why are you here? I had y p let the doctors knownim here now! They are getting to benjust as bad as Brevard Health alliance. Ill start looking for a new doctor.
