Amazing customer service and everyone knows what they are doing! Alison Bird is the best doctor for our son! He loves her and she cares for him just as much! She answers every question I have and gives us the best tips and tricks.
We have been so incredibly happy with Pediatrics in Brevard. Alison Bird has been absolutely wonderful and is so great with our little one. She really takes her time listening to our concerns and addresses every single one. As with most kids, sickness comes out of nowhere and this office is always able to get us in that same day. We have loved every single provider we have seen, in addition to Alison Bird (Lea Dickens and Adrienne Smith). Highly recommend!
The management at the company is horrible. If they treat their staff horribly I would not ever recommend to be a patient. Annesa in HR needs to lose her job. Unprofessional all the way around!
I have been going to this location for the past 11 years and have been seeing Allison Bird, ARNP. I absolutely love her. She is sweet, caring, knowledgeable, and she is a Mom herself so she can empathize with you as a parent. I just love her and am grateful to have her as our healthcare provider. She is honest and I absolutely trust her with my children’s health.
