I came 2 hours for my grandsons surgery only to be told I had to sit in the lobby instead of go back with him and his parents. We only had 3 of us. I think this is ridiculous. I understand limited space and infection control but this is a little much when you are dealing with children. I would not recommend this place unless you only have the parents coming.

Absolutely love this place! Dr. Smith has been my doctor since I was a baby 30 years ago and all 3 of my boys doctor as well. We have also seen Dr. Cheek and he is phenomenal as well and even prays with you and over your children! Highly recommend this practice for any child! The nurses and staff are just amazing and the doctors here are the best you will find! ❤️

Recommendedmy neurosurgeon Dr Blount is awesome and sweet and funny and he took care of me when I had surgery on my head and my back at the hospital he really took good care of me
we have been trying since May 24th to get 2 prescriptions straightened out since my son was discharged from hospital. Walmart has called 4 times and I have made numerous calls. Doctor Peter's needs to do a PA for one and the other has to be written for name brand and still no luck just let 3 different personal messages today.
RecommendedOur son Elijah came in last week to have his appendix removed. This hospital is top notch. From the children's ER, the ultrasound tech, the surgeons, nurse necessist, anesthesiologist, clinical assistants, patient transporter, food staff, housekeeping , to the nurses on the 9th floor, especially Nurses Sarah and Shanty (spelling ??)!! Both nurses on the 9th floor were very helpful and friendly and made Elijah feel comfortable.
RecommendedI’m not sure what my child’s nurse last name is but Bri who worked on the 7th floor today is top notch. She is caring, understanding, and just plain awesome at what she does. You can tell that she enjoys and loves her job. I’m not sure who I need to talk to, but I just wanted to let someone know.
