RecommendedWe lucked in to this office when I delivered my son at Castle Rock Adventist, and it was the best thing for our family. We typically saw Dr. Milobsky for care, but saw other doctors for sick visits. Everyone is extremely fantastic and friendly. We got the referrals we needed when needed, and we always received wonderful advice (especially with diaper rash! I still use that “recipe” to this day!). I was 100% pleased with this office. This is the most AMAZING pediatric office I’ve ever been to! It starts at the front office with wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, and it continues with the nurses and doctors. My husband and I highly recommend Pediatrics at the Meadows :)
I worked with Dr Mike in the ER. He was great to work with. He is an exceptional clinician. Within the first few moments of interacting with the patient, he knew what actions needed to be taken. I would highly recommend him to anyone in search of an excellent Pediatrician VaL Spearman RN
Pediatrics at the Meadows offers exceptional care and I wouldn't trust our kiddos with anyone else. They are on time, friendly, professional, and always willing to answer the (millions of) questions and concerns I have. Hands down the best pediatricians in the South Denver area!

My husband and I love Dr Milobsky! From the first meeting postpartum in the hospital, to a two day hospital stay for jaundice, to newborn visits in the office, he has provided nothing short of exceptional care. We live an hour away from the office, but I would never consider going to a different doctor. He truly cares about his patients and their families.
